The 60-Minute Golden Hour

We operate strictly within a 60-minute travel radius from our RG2 base in Reading. Drawn by travel time, not just distance, ensuring our response times are genuine and our costs competitive.

Zone A: The Home Turf

The heart of the Thames Valley. From Reading, we cover Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Hampshire with incredible access. We reach Newbury, Basingstoke, and High Wycombe largely before London-based teams exit the M25.

Zone B: The M4 Artery

The M4 is our main artery, connecting us instantly to Maidenhead, Slough, and Heathrow. If the motorway is gridlocked, we switch to our strategic rail links to ensure we arrive on time, every time.

Zone C: Smart London

We don't cover "all of London"—we cover "Accessible London" (West End & City). Thanks to the Elizabeth Line and GWR, we reach Paddington or Bond Street faster than tradesmen traveling from South London.

Billing & Consultations

Our service portal is currently being built and will integrate all necessary services and visibility. Occasional consultations are considered reasonable and are not billed. If a consultation is billable, we will clearly communicate the need and the price beforehand.

Travel Costs

We are in the beginning of our company journey and need to be flexible. However, travel in the UK is expensive. Travel is considered billable and will be clearly communicated and priced beforehand. Labor and materials also have costs that must be covered.

Flexible Financing

Some costs can be spread across months, but only on the condition that it is clearly communicated from the start. Costs for short-term financing depend on the current UK economic state.

Equipment: Rented vs Sold

Most network equipment is either rented to the customer or sold, and the quote will state this clearly.

  • Rented Equipment: Considered to be returned at the end of the service period. It gets serviced at our cost and considered for upgrades as better performing devices become available.
  • Sold Equipment: Serviced according to terms agreed between parties.
Non-Negotiables

Health & Safety and the Security of Devices are non-negotiable. These areas will always get our full attention and adherence to the highest standards.
